Business immigration to Lithuania
The procedure of getting Residence permit depends on the law of a particular state, but in most cases there are some specific reasonable backgrounds to get as Temporary residence permit or Permanent residence permit.
First of all the person should provide Migration Office with the documents, which can prove his staying in Lithuania, then it is obligatory to fill out special forms, established by Lithuanian legislation. Migration office usually gives residence permit per 2-4 months after the application.
